Lisa's Story

Master of Clinical Social Work, RSW/ MSW

From a young age, I’ve been driven by a desire to connect with others in a meaningful way. What I didn’t anticipate when I began my journey in the helping profession over 10 years ago was the profound impact these connections would have on my own life. Through my own experiences of seeking support during difficult times, I’ve come to understand just how transformative it can be to have someone by your side when navigating life’s challenges. Sometimes, we just need that reminder of how resilient we truly are.

Over the course of my career, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting youth and families facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, addictions, and involvement with the justice system. My goal is to help clients overcome barriers and achieve personal growth.

As a therapist, my focus is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can work through difficult emotions and experiences. In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, quiet environment—an opportunity to step away from the demands of our busy world. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, strength-based lens, focusing on your inherent potential.
