Karen's Story
REGISTERED PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
I have worked in health care for 30 years as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner (NP). I am still employed as a NP with Alberta Health Services. With my background in health care, combined with my Master in Counselling, I can assist clients in improving their overall health and wellbeing.
Life happens for us, not to us. My goal is to assist clients in moving past life challenges, and to become more attune to what their body, emotions and thoughts are telling them, as well as how to change them to allow them to move forward in a positive direction. After working in health care for 30 years, I know people are more resilient and more capable than they realize.
