Kaeley's Story
Registered Psychologist
My journey in the helping profession began with a deep commitment to working with children and youth, particularly those who have experienced complex trauma and face diverse emotional and behavioral challenges. I recognize the privilege of having received strong support throughout my own life, and it is this recognition that drives my passion for offering the same to others.
Over the years, I have worked with children, families, and youth across a variety of settings, including schools, community programs, and treatment homes. My passion lies in helping young clients navigate their struggles, build resilience, and find healing within a safe and supportive environment.
I take a trauma and attachment-informed approach to therapy, understanding the profound impact that early experiences can have on emotional and psychological development. Each child and adolescent is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet their individual needs. My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
