Cassie's Story

Growing up, I really started to struggle with my mental health as a teenager. It’s through my personal healing journey that I’ve developed my interest, passion, and curiosity for mental health and wellness. 

 

As an Administrative Assistant at Heartland Psychology, I strive to provide compassion and warmth to every client I have the privilege of connecting with. Sometimes it can be confusing, nerve-wracking, and at times, frustrating to take the first steps towards accessing mental health support. Because of this, I’m committed to empowering all our clients in their healing journeys through providing trauma-informed, client-centered care.

 

When I’m not at Heartland Psychology, I’m often working at the Saffron Centre in Sherwood Park, painting in my home studio or spending time with my bunny and dog.
